Bereavement

Hiya, our VirginMedia account is in my fathers name who sadly passed away. I have emailed the disconnect form to the email stated at the top of the form but i have had no reply.. we no longer require this service is anyone able to help? This form was supposed to make cancelling easy.

So sorry to hear your Father has passed away. If you have not heard back I would suggest calling the Bereavement Team directly on 0800 952 2302. The disconnection can be done over the phone.

Hello. Yes still requiring help as i still havent heard anything back from my email a week ago and also cant get through on the phone. Any help would be gratefully received. Thank you.
