Bereavement help

I asked on here a few days ago about how to contact the bereavement department as the email address does not work.

After multiple requests I was finally provided with an email address, to which I sent an email. 

I got a response from a different account asking me to fill in a form which I had attached to the original email and to reply directly to that email. Having done so, I got a response saying that they do not pick up mails from this mailbox! 

What am I supposed to do now?
