I tried to add skysports to my package a few months ago and ever since I've had issues upon issues.
When I tried to add skysports my bill went up but I didn't receive the new channels. I contacted the virgin media messaging service and was told to sign a new contract whereby I would receive a manager discount every month to cover the extra I was being charged.
I received my bill and it was 3 times what it should've been, I contacted virgin media WhatsApp again and got told that I had been given another new contract and the manager discount would be added each month.
My bill is still the ridiculous 3x the amount it should be.
Please look into this

Hi again. I've just got my new bill and I am now being charged £337 for this month. Can you please contact me to get this fixed.
