Being cut off when connected

Trying to get to speak to someone at virgin but get cut off when being put through to speak to someone. Good at taking the money though.

I am sorry the call connection was lost, this wouldn't have been intentional.

"I am sorry the call connection was lost, this wouldn't have been intentional."

Other users on here may beg to differ if you search the forums using the term "I was cut off". Seems to be a bad offshore habit.

When the customer mentions the word 'cancellation', that often seems to be the trigger for disconnection in the descriptions on here!
