Being chased for hardware return

Hi 
I returned my old router after an upgrade over a week ago.
After going quiet the messages from you threatening charges etc have ramped up.
Please can you log that the old router has been returned as your messages cause a significant amount of stress when I've already returned the old router via yodel return as instructed.
I have a receipt from yodel also.

It was today. It went quiet up until Friday and I've had several emails and texts since at which point it must have been received then the messages started.

I've done the tracking from the receipt and it says received 

Thanks for coming back to us StevenDalby, I'm sorry that the equipment return charge has not yet been removed, it can take around 10 days from receiving the package to it being processed but if you have the receipt you will not be charged for the non-return of your equipment.

Another week, another string of messages. This hardware has been sent and there is nothing I can do so please stop with the messages and harass yodel.

Any news on this? I've answered the security questions and its gone quiet. Keen to get this sorted and not get billed £40. I know you've said I won't but it looks from other peoples threads it's happened....
