Being charged the wrong amount via direct debit

My contract with virgin ended in May 2020, It was £29 a month.  I rang Virgin to give notice of my intention to terminate my contract as the increased direct debit proposed was too high.  The man at Virgin Media negotiated a new amount for me each month of £33 starting from June 2020.  But today the bill information has arrived and it states £36 a month.  I have tried to contact Virgin Media to enquire why the double jump in price before the contract has even started but I cant get through to anyone. - Please can you advise

Sorry for any confusion regarding your bill, can you confirm if you've checked your bill breakdown online here

 

Is it just this bill that is £36 or does it say your bundle price is £36?
