Being charged for paper bills but i have opted for ebilling

I am being sent a paper bill each month and charged £1.75 each time even although my profile shows that I have chosen ebilling. How do I get this sorted and the charges paid refunded?

I'm glad have been able to credit back the charges applied and have activated e-billing.
