Being charged for last month, even though services weren't connected to new house?
Hi, my family and I moved to a new house and we had moved our existing contract over to a new property. This was switched over on the website and we had an engineer coming out to fix the wires of our broken box before switching it on. The engineer came yesterday and said the wires still weren't fixed when we were told earlier in the month that they would be at some point (last saturday apparently). Anyhow, we haven't had the internet/broadband or any other service for the last month and yet we are still being charged regardless. What can I do? I don't want to be charged for a service which we aren't using as a fault of the company for not fixing it and reinstalling it when they noted they would.
