Being charged for 2 boxes and only had 1 since july cant speak to anyone at virgin

Being overcharged and when i try contact virgin it says they cant talk due to covid 19

Hi the call centres are open 8am but reduced hours not sure the finishing time, but billing issues can't be dealt with as this is a public forum. Regards Micky
