Why am i again being charged yet again for sky sports when you credited it on the last bill? You keep charging me then take it off then add it again,my contracts up in 3 weeks so if its not sorted you can cancel the lot im not being taken for a mug anymore because i know i wont get a decent deal on my next contract!
You wouldn't have been overcharged for this. It all depends on when the credit is applied to the account how you see it. For example, if the bill is produced on the 10th, then the credit is applied after this date, then the credit will go on to the next bill. So you see it a month behind.
