I already have Netflix subscription prior to joining virgin media. The email for existing Netflix is different to the one I used for virgin media. I am being charged £15.99 per month by virgin since I joined virgin media in Jan 2023. Virgin insists someone in household have set up second Netflix and they can’t do anything, and I have to sort it with Netflix.
Netflix have repeatedly confirmed that I only have one subscription which is associated with my different email to that with virgin media.
It’s a lot on money out of my account per month for second Netflix account that I don’t have. There is only my husband and me in the property and we are IT literate.
can anyone help me cancel the £15.99/month that is going to virgin media with our broadband DD?
We have exhausted all other avenues.
