Been on chat negotiating for three hours and the chat vanished

Absolutely furious.  Volt package contract. comign to an end.  I cannot call anyone at VM and I have to use chat,  I was negotiating for three hours with 20 minute gaps when the agent could get back to me and then the chat vanishes!!!




Knows their stuff

Must be infuriating. I can only imagine that the agent had finished their shift. Why can't you call in? 

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).
