So my account shows the updated package but the price is incorrect AND I have another email saying my old package is also going to be billed?
Today I receive a bill for the sim which is included in the package and they want to charge me £33.50.
I have spoken to someone and they said yeah that's wrong and put me through to the couldn't care less queue.
STILL WAITING AFTER 55 MINS on the phone to get through. Really not happy with the service. People shouldn't have to wait hours and spend their time sorting out Virgins mistakes!
