Because of the lack of live sport due to coronavirus, I contacted Virgin on 14th March to cancel my subscription, which I would reinstate when required. This was cancelled with the 30 day notice period, thereby costing me another £18 subscription fee. I have now noticed that I could have paused it from the 22nd March. Is it possible for me to reinstate the channel under pause, with a refund for for the subscription fee paid during the notice period ? Also was an email sent out explaining the BT Sport pause option ?
