Hi Forum Team,

I've noticed my external virgin media brown plastic box cover has broken, exposing all the connections inside. I can't fit it back together, seems to have broken somehow, so I've had to tape the cover on to prevent the wires getting wet but it looks extremely untidy. How do I go about getting a replacement fitted?
