BILL INCREASE

Just logged into my account to see my next bill has increased by around £30,

I am not coming to end of any contracts, not had any extras....nothing has changed over the period of time 

Why the increase? Looking at posts has anybody been able to contact Virgin?

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum, after 8am.
