BILL CREDIT

Signed up to virgin on the 8th March, I had a good offer and also included £125 bill credit. HOWEVER i have rang up a total on 5 times to get it applied and each time they have not been able to help me. I have email proof with the credit included the previous advisor has registered a complaint for me however this could take up to 3 weeks to resolve. What is the best was to get the issue resolved?
