Hi what's the best way to chase up delivery of new hub so can get mother in laws landline up and running. told would be sent out last Thursday still not received and cannot contact anyone on original forum private messages for update.

No we have had no information at either by text message or email. I added my email address to her account as she has no internet access.
The last info we received by private message on forum was;-
I have keyed the order for Thursday. the adaptor may come separately. chris
