I had a total loss of broadband from 22nd of August to 26th of August. I reported it via phone and My Virgin app. But I haven't received any compensation for this period.

VM has 30 days from the time your service was restored to credit your account.
Your calculation would be
22/8 Fault reported by phone
22/8 to 24/8 inc. - Payment trigger time £9.33
25/8 £9.33
26/8 Service restored
Total due £18.66
Adjust accordingly if the timeline above is not correct
