At the end of the contract, new contract or monthly contract?

Hello everyone.
My contract ends next month (12-month contract) and I don't know if when it ends, it will automatically pay monthly or they will renew you again for another 12 months. Could someone help me please? . Thank you.

Re: At the end of the contract, new contract or monthly contract?

Just to clarify, the "agreed" price won't be what you're paying now.  It'll be the "standard rate" that's somewhat higher.

If you don't want that you'll need to haggle (or leave).  Whilst not wholly relevant, there's some ideas that may help here:

Re: At the end of the contract, new contract or monthly contract?

Hi RGC1,

Thanks for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, if you don't call the contract as advised apcyberax and Andruser will be a rolling contract and this would be the full price advised by yourself of £44.00.

I recommend speaking  to our customer relations team on 0345 454 1111 options 1,4 then 5 before making any decisions, they will be able to do a full review on your account and get the best deal available to you, you can also send a Text to 07533051809 .

Kind regards

Paul.

Re: At the end of the contract, new contract or monthly contract?

Thanks Paul.
The problem is that I believe that if they improve my price, I will be obliged to sign a permanence. Could you confirm this if it is always like this?
Right now I am not interested in having stays because surely in a few months I will go to another country. Thanks for your answer.

Re: At the end of the contract, new contract or monthly contract?

yes a better price will come with a new minimum term contract.
If you are going to be leaving within the minimum term you need to stay on the rolling contract at the higher price

Re: At the end of the contract, new contract or monthly contract?

Hi RGC1,

Thanks for coming back to me, if we add a new package this will add a fix term contract, if you are thinking of moving any time soon then I would advise to stay on a rolling contract, there are other options for a rolling contract however there may be a one of charge for these options.

Kind regards

Paul.
