Welcome and thank you for posting on our community forum. We do advise you don't post any private details publicly, luckily our mods removed this for you. I cannot seem to locate you on our systems so will pop you a PM, keep an eye out for the purple envelope. However, there is an easier way to access this if you ever need to in the future. You can find this on your billing statement, and an area location code. You can access your bill by clicking this link just make sure you do have a Virgin Media account with us and if you don't you can click this link to make an account Just simply register by using your email address, account number and area code. You can find all this on your bill.
