You can find your Area code by looking at one of your Bills. If you have access to My Virgin Media you can find these in the Billing tab. 👉 virg.in/myVM. 
If you need us to resend a bill to you please just reply to let us know and we can send you a PM to confirm a few account details, and get this re-sent for you!

Following on from my colleague's advice, your site ID for Cheltenham, Gloucestershire is 05 (You may need to remove the 0)
