Applied credit offer and free activation not reflecting on initial bill.
I have recently joined virgin services (19th May 2020), and i was offered an initial joining credit for £130 with free activation and free install.
My account online is currently reflecting only £120 applied credit and free install.
I contacted the sales rep who offered me the deal and he also subsequently contacted the field sales manager who approved the offer through email correspondence and they assured me that it will be applied.
It's been 3 weeks since joining and my online portal for billing is still not reflecting the agreed offer so my query is to whether i need to escalate this further or not to have it amended?
