Anyone had any problems verifying email for My Virgin?

Hi, I recently got Virgin and tried setting up my My Virgin account. Every time I try to verify it tells me that the link has expired. Rang and told its fine just to login but it won’t let me as it’s not verified. Tried ringing them again today but can’t get through to anyone just asking for a payment. The options I had the other day are no longer there just straight to payment.

Does anyone know how I can get this to work?
