Anyone else struggling to get hold of their Amazon voucher?

I've been battling for months to get hold of the £75 Amazon voucher that was the welcome gift if I signed up for Virgin last August. I've been in touch with Virgin Customer Service so many times since December until last week I finally received an email from the Resolution Centre saying that my voucher was being processed...and now nothing.
Has anyone else had this issue and if so did you eventually get your voucher? I'm determined not to give up but I feel like I'm wasting so much time chasing this (at one point I was told to go to Amazon to chase THEM for it!)
