Virgin have now made 2 appointments to collect a return kit and failed to turn up on both occasions, not great when you've stayed in all day waiting! Unacceptable yet again!

At present it is more convenient to arrange a collection so very disappointed promises are broken. I'm sure they would have charged me if I was out when they arrived.
