Another billing error

Hi another billing error here

I signed up for the deal last week that was £10 a month for 12 months then £42 afterwards.

I rang up the call centre yesterday and spoke to someone who said it would be all sorted but my contract still states 42 a month and my current bill as 24 a month. They told me on the phone that a 14 a month recurring credit would be applied to my account which hasn't happened.

I have all screenshots etc, I PMd a staff member but I got a message saying i must make a new post first.

With regards to account issues I am afraid they cannot be dealt with in the forum.
