Like most I have received a letter saying my bill is going up by £15 per month. Slightly frustrating as I only took out my last contract in November. Anyway, today I spoke to offshore retentions who said they can waive the increase for the remainder of the contract. I asked if I would be receiving an amended contract or email to confirm this but was told they can't do that? When I asked how I would know this has been approved I was told you will see it on your bill next month. The issue with this is that the bill is after the 'leave without cancellation fees' grace period' .
How can I get it confirmed that the alterations are going to happen?

Hi mingsy,
Thanks for coming back to me on this one and for confirming that you've now received confirmation of the changes made when you spoke to the team.
Emails can sometimes take a few hours to send so this is likely why it's come afterwards.
If you have any further issues, pop back and let us know so we can help further.
Many thanks,

Hi mingsy,
Thanks for taking the time to post here about your concerns after speaking with the team.
This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. Just click on the little envelope at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox.
Thanks,
