hi when we signed up we was told we would get an Amazon voucher before Christmas and one after Christmas for doing the trial. When will we receive this please

What trial was it you were involved with? Assuming it wasn't covered by any NDA, of course.

Welcome back to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

A voucher gift with purchase is usually provided within 28 days, you should have received an email during this timeframe to the email you provided us at the point of sale, you can find all information regarding gifts with purchases here.

Can you confirm if you had received any such emails? Please do check your junk and spam folder as they may have filtered through to there.
