I'm so sorry the voucher has not yet come through, when you applied did you receive an email confirming the voucher as part of your offer?
Have you been able to follow the guide on how to chase this via our online help page here? There is an email address listed to contract should you not receive your voucher after 28 days.
I can’t remember if I received an email stating about the voucher but I definitely remember seeing it on your website, that’s why we went with yourselves.
No I haven’t managed to have a look at the link you sent. Will this produce me voucher please?

In order to investigate this further we will need to ask if you've got a screenshot of confirmation for this voucher, if you could go through your emails for anything like this it would be very helpful.
The link my colleague sent in the previous post has all the information you'd need to know about your voucher, how you would receive it and what you need to do if you haven't received it.

Where would I find this on my emails? I have emailed the address provided by yourselves but had no response. This really isn’t good enough. You have told us we would get a £95 Amazon voucher for signing up but since doing so I haven’t received the voucher.
