Amazon voucher not received

Its now over 4 months since i signed up for a deal for broadband. they said they would send me £80 amazon voucher within 3 months. i sent a complaint last week that i have not received it. still no reply and no sign of voucher.

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Apologies for the issues that you have had with not receiving your Amazon voucher that you was promised. When you signed up to Virgin Media, was it through a third party comparison site?
