12 months ago we had Amazon free for new packages etc.
Recently our automated system started resending the same email that the customer would have got again in error
So we sent this statement to each person that received a duplicate Amazon Voucher
Yesterday you may have noticed that we sent an email offering you an Amazon voucher. This must have come as a bit of a surprise, as we’ve already sent you your code a while ago, so it wasn't supposed to land in your inbox again!
But don't worry, you don't have to do anything. We just wanted to send you our apologies.
