Recently our automated system started resending the same email that the customer would have got again in error
So we sent this statement to each person that received a duplicate Amazon Voucher
Yesterday you may have noticed that we sent an email offering you an Amazon voucher. This must have come as a bit of a surprise, as we’ve already sent you your code a while ago, so it wasn't supposed to land in your inbox again!

I had the same problem except i never got another email and why would it be a different month also it was not the same code as last year i had Amazon check. Sounds to me maybe some Virgin media staff have got themselves so free Prime.
