Amazon prime

Hi.

Far from happy with Virgin and Virgin customer service, installation was 28th Nov, and still no email with link and voucher code for amazon prime, rang up 4 times for them to tell me the same thing- “The email is due to be sent today”. I’ll be cancelling Friday, for breach of contract and going back to sky if this isn’t sorted!!
