Hi, despite having Amazon Prime membership included in my renewed contract on the 15/11/2020 I am still waiting to receive a voucher code.
I have contacted virgin through web chat on the website and was told within 3 days i would receive it (this was on the 08/12). I have now been told to wait another 3 days after contacting virgin again.
I contacted you on Monday regarding the Amazon prime voucher I had now received but was unredeemable due to it being an old code. Can I have an update on the resolution please? Unfortunately this is my only form of communication with Virgin as it's impossible to get through on the phone.
