Amazon prime not working

Connection and menu is fine but when I press okay to start the episode I want, all I get is black screen with small white circle As though it’s trying to connect then it disappears to leave a plain black screen only way out is to return to menu please help

Home> Help&Settings> Settings> Network> Connect to Virgin Media Service Now
