Could a member of the Virgin Forum Team help please.
I started a new contract on 14th Nov which includes 12 months free Amazon Prime.
I chased the Prime code this Monday 7th December via Web Chat and a helpful chap said I'd receive the code within 48 hours.
I've not received a code yet, and my Prime is due to expire on the 10th December.
Could someone chase this please. I can supply a screenshot of my new contract, but could we do this via private message please.

Could I make some good natured suggestions please ?
I read on another forum thread that Amazon codes aren't sent out until after the cooling off period, 28 days was suggested.
This makes perfect sense if it's correct, but it's not easy to get this information, I trawled through dozens of posts before I found it.
Maybe Virgin Media could consider :
- letting first line support know this, so they can give the correct advice on first contact ?
- post an easy to find 'sticky' at the top of the forum giving this information ? Maybe consider other useful stickies ?
- give this information on the email that comes with a new contract ?
