Amazon gift undelivered

Hello guys,

 

I am waiting for my Amazon gift which was promised as part of purchasing VM ultrafast m100.

 

My order was completed on the 09/05/22. Please could someone look into this for me as it was a big reason to why I decided to go for this plan and I’ve been waiting almost 2 months.

Hi Tom,

Was this ordered via a third party site such as giftcloud, or comparehtemarket and if so did you use the link provided by giftcloud?

If it was via giftcloud then you should have received a confirmation email from no-reply@giftcloud.com which may be in your spam/junk folder.

Any queries regarding this then you should contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at 

customerservices@broadbandchoices.co.uk and quote the following:

1.your purchase date,

2. the product/package purchased

3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers]

4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)
