Seems a recurring theme this. Virgin tempt you to switch providers with Amazon voucher offers but after the qualification period you hear nothing, they are very difficult to make contact with or raise a complaint to and their chat service is as good as useless. I’ve given up trying to contact them after my last attempt by email was auto-replied suggesting the inbox isn’t manned. 20minute wait on the phone at some extortionate cost on my mobile

(continued). Only to get cut off at point of connection. Can anyone please advise how I get my vouchers and from whom before I cancel my broadband account and take legal advice.

Hi Swifty65
Did you place your order via a price comparison site?
If you took up this offer via VM and not through a third a party then the following link should help
https://www.virginmedia.com/help/virgin-media-free-gifts
If it was via Giftcloud or broadband choices then the following applies
You need to contact the Decision Technologies Support Team at
customer.services@broadbandchoices.co.uk
and quote the following:
1.your purchase date,
2. the product/package purchased
3. Order ref. WS[and 7 numbers]
4. If you have a link to the T&C (not required)

Hey Swifty65, thanks for reaching out to us on the Virgin Media forums. 👋🏼
I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Amazon vouchers and that you wish to leave if it isn't sorted out.
Were these Amazon vouchers promised to you via us directly or through a 3rd party comparison sight?
Let us know and we'll be able to assist from there.
Kind regards,
Ilyas.
