Sorry to hear of the problems regarding the Amazon voucher, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forum and welcome to the community.
Can you confirm how the order was placed please? We are seeing a few posts in regards to this where the customers have signed up for our services via a third party vendor such as Broadband Choice, Quidco etc
If this is the case, the voucher was offered by the third party and it would be them you would need to contact in regards to this. Most of them do have details on their site as to how to claim the vouchers so may be worth having a look there too. Please let us know.
