I spoke to one of your customer support after an error in my bill
I also requested the delay on my voucher when I took the plan out before 05/08/20
The person I spoke to was abrupt on the manner and said even though I did the package online because I didn't get it in writing from you it wouldn't count
It is clear that I took the package before the plan ended on the date provided, the person said they would raise the complaint and get back to me
It has been months now and still not heard anything
