Amazon Prime

Hi With Amazon Prime being part of my bundle, does that include the PRIME free postage for items purchased on Amazon.

If so how does one activate that ?

Re: Amazon Prime

Yes, the Prime offer is a full Prime subscription.

See here for help if you got Prime as part of a Virgin Media bundle deal https://www.virginmedia.com/shop/reward-faqs-amazon-prime

Re: Amazon Prime

Thank you BenMcr,

Seems like there is two options here, A Amazon voucher or Credit on the bill.

I cannot recall receiving an email with a voucher I will look to see if £75 was credited on my March or April bill.

Re: Amazon Prime

Update I have called Virginmedia to enquire how I activate Amazon Prime, the lady informed me that I would get a voucher sent to me from Amazon. ?

I haven't received such a voucher from Amazon so now where does one go?

Re: Amazon Prime

Good morning @ACFretter

Thank you for taking the time to post.

So that I can look further into this, are you able to let me know if you have just sighed up with virgin media or if you are an existing customer taking out a retentions offer?

Kind regards,

Zak_M

Re: Amazon Prime

Hi Zac_M

I appreciate your help, I have been a Virgin Media customer for many years. In December 2019 I took out an Amazon subscription for the first time, in March 2020 I renewed my Virgin media subscription which included 12 months Amazon Prime promotional.

In March 2020 I did not receive a voucher for Amazon or a credit on my Virgin media account. I have enquired with Amazon they report they have no record of my entitlement through Virgin Media.

I will be delighted if you can get Amazon Prime activated on my account

Regards

Adrian
