Amazon Prime

I tried to message the team through the app yesterday but didn't get a response all day so I'm trying here..

I'm nearly a week into my new package deal and im my email it states I get Prime again for another year but I have not been sent a code yet.

I had to cancel my prime membership the other night before it charged me with an auto renewal of £79. Can this take a few days to kick in like before or do you think this has been missed this time round?

 I was to start. A member of your team kindly got a code for me to use. To find it did not work and that code had apparently been redeemed already
