Amazon Prime voucher not received

Hi,

I've not yet received the Amazon Prime voucher. Service got installed on the 23rd of October and I should have received the voucher within 10 days from this date, but this has not happened. Where can I find my voucher?

I am trying to get in touch I have been on hold for 30 minutes and have tried the text method but have not received further response to my query. We have still not received our amazon voucher and this is now the third attempt after being told it would be emailed again within 24 hours. It is getting a bit silly now and I would appreciate you coming back to us even just forwarding this email to us that was supposedly sent - we have checked our junk etc but we were supposed to receive this over 2 months ago.

Hi all, I signed up for Virgin media on 30th June and haven't received my £75 Amazon voucher either.

Looking into it, I used a slightly different email address for the new Virgin media account, than the voucher email (both emails go to the same account though) - who do I contact to get this sorted?

Hi, I'm having the same problem, joined in June and still have not received my Amazon voucher. I received text assistance and was told I'd receive my voucher last month but have heard nothing since.

@jimboabc @bondyluke I just confirmation of my voucher being issued by BroadbandChoices who seemed to issue the original email with the referral link.

They had to manually confirm the eligibility with Virgin, which is a slow process, but I'm glad to say it does work.

In my case I suspect the issue was that my voucher email (from broadbandchoices) and my Virgin account were registered with different email addresses, which meant the automatic lookup failed.
