Our account is almost at the end of contract and so is about to increase in price by a considerable amount, I am unable to perform any changes online (I have tried) and in the current social climate am not sure that I can qualify a call as an emergency although we will not be able to meet new payments due to being furloughed, what is the best way to deal with this?
