Already returned my Equipment

I had virgin media for 1 day and then cancelled the package as the internet and TV was down for the next 2 weeks. I returned my equipment via the installer/technician the following day and took 2 photos to document the return. Virgin keeps sending me messages asking for the equipment and threatening to charge me. I can’t find any email address to inform that this has already been returned. Please advise.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
