I need to do lots of things which depend on my log-in being a primary user (see bills, make a complaint, see upgrades etc.)
But my account is Secondary, as is my wife's. When I speak to customer services on 150 they don't understand and just say I am the primary user.
How do I get a "primary" user account?

I think your original e-mail address and password is your primary login, at least it was in my case.

Many thanks paultechy (and daveeb for replying).
The forgot username gave a list of emails - all I had to do then was work through them (using forgotten password in some cases) until I found the right one. I've been with blueyonder a long time!
