After 3 months still no Virgin Mobile SIM as part of Oomph Ultimate Bundle

I signed up for the Ultimate Oomph Bundle on 21st February 2020 (well pre-lockdown) and have yet to receive the Oomph Unlimited Data Sim that comes with it, despite calls to 150. Can this please be sorted. I should also be due a refund for the mobile element of the bundle that I was not able to use during the two+ months sub signup.
