Adding Premier sports, plus UHD and 5G

Hi

Can anyone suggest how I can discuss the following with virgin.

I defo want to add Premier Sports for the upcoming Rugby League.

I also was interested in sky UHD and if my free included mobile sim can be changed to 5G.

I have also recently received an email confirming that my current package is fixed without increase  at £104 until August 2022.

I can't seem to contact anyone who can deal with everything and don't want to trigger the April cost of living before August.

Premier Sports is a premium add-on at £13/month which you can add by calling into VM-CS on 150 (from a VM phone) or 0345 4541111 (from any other phone) - you'll need to keep it for a minimum of 30days. You might be able to do it by logging into your myVM online account, but any changes you make will be manually keyed by a CS agent so calling in will usually be quicker.

Sky UHD isn't a broadcast channel, but rather a VoD add-on, and is £7/month extra. Again, calling in will probably be the quickest way of doing this.
