Hi all. Added the Asian mela pack 5 days ago online. Got a confirmation email saying Estimated activation date:
Tuesday 11th April 2023.
Do I need to reboot tivo for them to show or is it supposed to be automatic as they're not viewable at the moment

If you have a V6 box you can try to update your channels by using your remote and clicking on
Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels and allowing around 10 minutes or so to update.
Otherwise yes try rebooting your VM TV set top box.

Channels not showing yet so I've talked him (it's at dads house) through the missing channels refresh button on the remote and said to reboot box if no joy. He'll let me know later if solved 👍

Hi Kath. Still no joy. He's scanned for missing channels and rebooted box. Still Asian mela channels are greyed out
