I’ve added Sky Sports to my current tv package two days ago and still not showing. I can’t get through on the phone to speak to someone. I’ve looked through previous messages and it seems to be a problem if upgrade was done through an emailed offer?

Did you do your channel addition by an online link? Or did you call through?
Online amendments can indeed take longer to complete, allowing for them to be manually entered. Telephone-amendments are usually immediate
On a TiVo/V6, you can synch your box's EPG with your account by following Home > Help & Settings > Help > TV Care > I'm missing some channels
